Uppdatering knät & Stockholmsresa!

Sen sist har jag kommit igång ganska bra med träningen av knät!
Det gör såklart ont, men känns riktigt bra :D 
Och jag har redan gjort stora framsteg,
så mitt mål att kunna gå i slutet av maj känns inte så långt borta nu ändå...
Även fast jag grät hos sjukgymasten idag pga smärta 😂🙈
 
Vi skulle göra en övning där jag skulle stiga upp på en step-up bräda
(som ett 10 cm högt trappsteg) men detta gjorde helt sjukt ont!!! 😭
så vi avbröt det och gjorde en annan övning & sen stod vi bara och pratade lite om skadan. 
Men det känns ändå bra att träna som sagt
och jag kan gå mer och mer utan kryckor! 🙌
Vart även på Magnetkameraundersökning av knät i onsdags (3/5) 
så hoppas jag får svar på den snabbt! 
 
MEN TILL NÅGOT ROLIGARE..
Förra helgen vart mamma, Ninni, Emilie, Bella och jag i Stockholm 😄
Mamma fick det i födelsedagspresent av oss. 
Så vi vart där fredag till söndag :) 
På fredagkvällen hade vi inplanerat spökvandring och bokat restaurang,
MEN mina systrar hade inte riktigt koll på spökvandringen så vi gick till fel och missade därför den😂
Men det va ändå kallt ute (enligt de andra) och jag hade inte kunnat hoppa runt hela vandringen ändå :p
såå vi letade upp en bowlinghall istället,
så de andra bowlade och jag hejade på! kastade 2 gånger, ena gången åkte den i rännan 
men nästa gång fick jag en strike! :D 
Sen gick vi och åt på Blå dörren - sjuuuuukt god mat 😍
På lördagen åkte vi in till stan och gick på stan och shoppade lite och åt lunch :)
Sen åkte vi tillbaka till vandrarhemmet och vilade & fixade oss lite. 
 Sen åt vi på Strandvägen 1 innan det va dags för musikal 
vi såg/lyssnade på The book of mormon - va faktiskt väldigt kul! 
tråkigt dock att mamma blev dålig på kvällen och inte kunde se klart musikalen.. :(
 
På söndagen vart jag helt slut när jag kom hem, så vilade mest :)

Nu i helgen som var hade vi en jättefin dag i fredags 
- så då passade vi på att njuta lite med häng och glass i Bollan (parken),
sen va vi även ett gäng som grillade på kvällen! Toppen dag! 
På lördagen var jag rätt trött, men hade bestämt att jag skulle städa,
så jag skrev en TO DO-list och storstädade lägenheten..fick sjukt ont i knät och hela kroppen :p 
Men nu är det fint här! 
 
Idag har jag då vart hos sjukgymnasten - vilket resulterade i att jag haft ont hela dagen.
Men jag har ändå pluggat en del inför tentan :)
Imorgon ska jag mest tentaplugga (tenta onsdag/torsdag).
 
Men på fredag kommer Jimmy hit över helgen :) 
Vi ska gå på bio och kanske ut en runda, får hoppas på fint väder så vi kan hänga ute lite!
